You need to have some yoga experience, but how much depends on your overall background. If you're uncertain, reach out and we'll have an honest conversation about whether this is the right fit for you right now.

Yes — the 60-hour online Vinyasa training is available as a standalone product. It's the same material live participants complete before arriving in Portugal. Perfect if you want to deepen your practice but can't make the in-person intensive.

To get the most out of the training and support your fellow trainees, it's important that you attend each session. You are responsible for making up any hours you miss. Talk to your trainer to set up a makeup plan.
It's our intention to produce amazing teachers. We offer mentorship and opportunities to teach community classes after graduation, creating a strong foundation for your teaching career.
